Aashyez is a family owned business that specializes in importing & retailing original makeup through our website www.aashyez.com. We work with global makeup & beauty products manufacturers / distributors, internationally and provide the quality cosmetics / beauty products at the best prices available online across Pakistan.  We have been in business since 2017 and have a strong relationships with some of the largest global cosmetics distributors & manufacturers, which allow us to offer you the lowest priced items in Pakistan. Our E-commerce platform enables us to serve all cities of Pakistan.

DO YOU SELL ORIGINAL PRODUCTS?

Yes we just deal in 100% original products only.

HOW CAN I VERIFY THE ORIGINALITY OF PRODUCTS BEING SOLD AT AASHYEZ.COM?

We source the products from the manufacturer or we buy from ULTA Beauty, Sephora & other Trusted International Retailers. Originality of the products is our first priority and in such cases our customers can always ask for the documents in case of any confusions or doubts. Please check the barcodes and packaging.

You can always search for comparisons between fake and original products. We have provided few informative posts under Aashyez Blog to provide awareness about the fake and original packaging differences. Please call us immediately if you have any doubt about the product. 

WHAT IS THE COUNTRY OF MANUFACTURE OF THESE PRODUCTS?

Every brand has different country of manufacturing; some brands have multiple manufacturing countries e.g. Same brand may have One item made from One Country and other items from different Countries. In some cases, the same item may have multiple manufacturing Countries. 

WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME FOR SHIPPING YOUR ORDERS?

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASED FOR ANY REASON?

Yes, you can always return within 15 days of your purchase if you have not used or opened the product. You will have to send it back to us at your own cost of shipping; it will take 7-10 days to process your refund / exchange once we receive our product back.   • In case, if the product is broken / damaged / used or opened we will decline the refund or exchange.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE IF I HAVE RECEIVED ANY BROKEN ITEM IN MY SHIPMENT?

We take best possible measures to pack your order in a very secure way, but since some makeup items are too fragile, so there is a slight possibility of items getting damaged during transit and in such cases you need to share the proof of damage within 3 hours of receiving those items and we will require 4-5 working days & we will compensate you in form of discount coupon as per the actual damage. 

  • Please keep this in mind, we are the resellers of the imported cosmetics and skincare, not the manufacturers, so we can't offer returns/exchanges if the product doesn't suits your skin type, if u feel any irritable fragrance in your product or any other manufacturing fault.
  • We advice you to see/check the product reviews before ordering online at any store including us.
  • We, at Aashyez, are committed to provide our customers with the highest quality products delivered, we are ready to exchange or refund the item which is damaged during transit and delivered not in its proper state.
  • If you have ordered any eye makeup such as eyeliners and mascaras, and the product meets you with the low quality or dry tip, it can be exchanged or returned.
  • We do not offer any exchange or return policy, if you are just unhappy with the price, unhappy with the shade (Lipstick or Foundation) or unhappy with the overall order without any valid reason.
  • We offer partial refund for partial damages during transit for palettes and bullet lipsticks.
